need for current information is very important. The obvious truth is that

The general belief is that infertility is more
pertinent to women than men, but more researches and reports by medical
specialists have revealed that infertility in males have become a strong reason
for couples inability to experience the joy of child-bearing. According to
statistics about 15% of couples are infertile worldwide.
The major
causes of male infertility are: low sperm production, abnormal sperm function
or blockages that prevent the delivery of sperm, chronic health problems,
injuries, lifestyle choices, and several other factors.
You are advised to see a doctor when you notice the
following:
- Pain, discomfort or lump or swelling in the testicle area
- Prostate, groin, penis, scrotum or testicle problems
- Erection or ejaculation problems
- Low sex drive

PLAYS A CRUCIAL ROLE IN A MAN’S SEXUAL LIFE
Men do a whole lot in order to keep fit and stay
sexually active. They hit the gym for workouts and engage in a lot of aerobic
exercises in order to improve physique. But many are ignorant or less concerned
about healthy eating. Do you know that as much as food is good for our growth
it can also be harmful too?
Here are some specific foods that have the potential
to kill your sex drive:
- Processed foods
- Alcohol
- Sugar
- Canned food
- Spicy foods
- Colas, etc
Always remember that health is wealth, and eating
